I m quite relieve now.I lost weight bt i m afraid it will rise up,I wont be goin to the gym tomorrow or Sundays except for weekdays.Tomorrow i will be meeting my long lost bestfriend for lunch.It been a long time that i met her.Ha..Surely there alot of topic to talk about.Anyway i need some rest.Muah.
